Exclusive Communication for the Execution of the Requested Services: The transmission of data to third parties occurs only in cases strictly necessary for the provision of the services purchased or resold (for example: transmission of the owner's data to domain registration authorities such as Registro.it / NIC, ICANN or accredited Registrars for the direct assignment of the domain; telephone and SMS operators for the routing of calls and messages; or for mandatory tax and accounting obligations).
3. Location of Servers & Datacenters in the European Union (EU)
All personal data, web hosting files, replicated company databases, email/PEC boxes, SMS sending logs and SaaS instances resold by Cristian Salvo Leonardi are processed and stored in physical servers located strictly and exclusively within the territory of the European Union (EU).
4. Purpose of the Processing for IT Services, VoIP, SMS and Distinction from the Portfolio
Customer data is processed for the following specific contractual and legal purposes:
- Execution of contracts for the resale and supply of domains, web hosting, email, PEC, SMS, VoIP and SaaS licenses;
- Management of SDI administrative, accounting and electronic invoicing practices;
- Routing and storage of telephone traffic and SMS data within the limits imposed by telecommunications regulations;
- Prevention of improper use or illegal activities to protect network infrastructures.
5. Rights of the interested party (Articles 15-22 GDPR)
At any time, the user or customer can exercise their rights established by articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (access, rectification, cancellation/oblivion, limitation, portability and opposition to processing) by sending a formal communication to the PEC address [email protected].
